Christ Community Church, a non-denominational, multi-site church of 5,000, in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a strong and passionate servant leader who enjoys creating environments where students can connect and ministry happens. A strong passion and giftedness in leadership, organization, outreach, and programming are needed for the development, management and advancement of the Hub facility and ministry.

The right candidate will possess the ability to create, organize and execute programming and planning of events. This individual will be the primary liaison for student ministries pastors to plan and execute events that take place in our Student Ministries “Hub”.

1-3 years of ministry and management experience a plus.
