Job Description:

Christ Community Church, a non-denominational, multi-site church of 5,000, in the western suburbs of Chicago is seeking a strong and passionate team leader to take our Creative Arts ministry to another level.

Our church is committed to the Bible and reaching out to communities, here and abroad. A vital part of our ministry is the level of excellence in the area of Creative Arts from a technical and performance perspective. We are strategic in our initiatives and need someone to produce and lead with respect to our multi-site ministry.

As our Broadcast Producer, you will oversee the production of weekend services and events from concept to completion. You will also provide vision and management to our Creative Arts department, made up of the technical and worship arts teams.

The right individual has at least 5 years experience designing, producing, or directing a worship service; is a leader, an administrator, communicator and a shepherd.
