Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and creative individual, gifted in leading contemporary worship and discipling others in worship ministry to join our team to oversee our Contemporary worship service, and to help create a Sunday morning worship experience.

Job Overview:

This Full Time Position (with benefits) includes:
•Working with the Worship Director in organizing and overseeing the contemporary worship service and teams.
•Identifying, recruiting, and discipling volunteers and team members in worship groups for the contemporary and family services.
•Working with the Family Minister and Pastor of Faith community in creating a Sunday family worship experience using the 252 Basics Curriculum from the Rethink group.
•Directing one of the adult bands and youth bands.
•Oversight of the tech team, volunteers and staff.
•Coordinating multiple worship groups participation within the family worship service.


Qualifications:

•Skilled in both playing and leading contemporary music teams.
•Passion for family ministry and worship geared towards families with children.
•Experienced in leading teams of people and discipling others in worship leadership.
•General knowledge of sound, lighting, stage production, and ability to learn software systems such as Planning Center.
•Demonstrating a strong faith in Jesus Christ and is committed to living a Godly lifestyle.
