Pinelake Church is a fast-growing, multi-site, dynamic fellowship of over 7000 attendees located outside of Jackson, MS. Our mission is to help people find and fulfill their God-given purpose for living. We are seeking an experienced Worship Pastor of Vocal Arts to lead all aspects involving Vocal Arts at the Reservoir campus – preparing them Spiritually and Musically to create transformational moments in the lives of people.

Primary responsibilities include:
•Walk with God in intimacy and leads the Vocal Arts Teams at Pinelake Church, Reservoir campus to be spiritually healthy.
•Lead/oversee soloists, praise teams, adult worship choir, Chi Alpha (high school choir) and Common Ground (middle school choir).
•Lead by recruiting, discipling and developing Spiritual leaders who lead our church to worship through the vocal artists that God has entrusted to us.
•Serve the Senior Leadership Team at Pinelake by leading the Vocal Arts Team of Pinelake to be in alignment with stated purposes, objectives and overall vision.
•Enhance team by spiritually leading the Vocal Arts Team to humility, submission to leadership and Biblical Servanthood.
•Join the rotation as a Worship Leader at the Reservoir Campus.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Music; Masters degree preferred.
•Minimum of 4 years experience leading Worship Choir.
•Solid vocalist with a track record of recruiting, developing and coaching other vocalists, praise teams and choirs.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills with both adults and students required.
