Job Description:

Bay Harbour Church in League City, Texas (south, suburban Houston) has an exciting opportunity for a full time, Youth Minister to join our staff in making an impact in the world by leading students into an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should have a passion for helping middle school and high school students understand that they should define who and what they are by what Jesus says and not by what the world says. Additionally, applicants should be able to mobilize students to passionately demonstrate Christ’s love everyday to a broken world. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to developing volunteers into leaders, and partnering with parents to encourage and equip them in becoming the primary spiritual influence in their student’s life. We believe that when parents and the church partner together, students benefit the most. We do not have a “youth group” but rather a ministry to students that enables them to grow into a deep relationship with Jesus Christ that will ground them in their faith as they move into young adulthood.
