Worship Leader / Multi-site

In August of 2006 Pinelake Church launched a Multi-site Campus, (video venue), in the Madison/Ridgeland, MS area. This campus is an extension of Pinelake. Today, there are 1,400 in attendance on a weekly basis and God is multiplying the vision. Our staff has grown to seven full time and two part time positions in the last four years. The Madison/Ridgeland Campus purchased 40 acres of land recently and is embarking upon an initiative to lead them into a new facility over the next two years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is called to lead a Worship Ministry and to church planting.

The Worship Leader / Multi-site is responsible for all aspects of producing and leading the Worship Ministry in a multi-site campus location. The leader will maintain a high level of worship excellence, duplicating the level of worship experience produced at the Reservoir campus. The position will be active at other campuses as needed.

Partial list of responsibilities:

•Must be able to lead a vibrant worship ministry whose evident source is the heart’s overflow of love for Christ
•Ensures and coordinates the adequate staffing of the worship team through volunteer recruiting, scheduling and practicing
•Oversees the technical aspects involved in the production of worship music
•Leads the praise team and band in practices and services
•Coordinates all elements of the worship service with the Campus Pastor to ensure that the service is of the highest quality

Requirements:
•Previous experience leading contemporary, vibrant worship
•Creative and resourceful
•Previous experience working through volunteers
•A heart for ministry within a church plant
