Job Description:

Asbury Church, a Spirit-filled Methodist Church, is seeking a Worship Arts Pastor with musical gifting, strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to lead in an inspirational way. The candidate should be mature in their faith and able to navigate numerous projects and weekly ministry through excellent administration and personal relationship. The candidate should be grace filled and caring in their approach to people and have a ministry perspective that is collaborative as well as creative in nature. We are a multi-site Church so experience in that type of ministry setting is a plus. The role provides leadership to the Praise Teams (currently 11) and tech teams including video production and weekly teams at each Campus.
