Job Description:
The Sr. Associate Pastor shall be an appointable UM Elder in Full Connection. Shall be responsible for leading the missions, outreach and satellite campus (Reynoldsburg Church at the Crossroads). The Sr. Associate shall give these ministries direction by managing, developing, and evaluating their respective ministries and performance. Works closely with the Lead Pastor, Pastor of Administration and staff-parish relations committee in managing, budgeting, and meeting the personnel needs of these ministries. The Sr. Associate shall be an excellent communicator, preacher and teacher. Reynoldsburg UMC (suburb of Columbus, OH) is a theologically conservative, evangelical Wesleyan church with 2600 members and 2200 in worship each week. Send resume and inquiries to: Rev.
