Job Description:
Junior high youth pastor

Please only apply if:

*Preferred AA or BA in Ministry, Biblical studies, ect.
*Ministry experience in a church of 1000 or more
*Strong gifting in leadership and evangelism
*Out of the box thinker. Creativity is a must!

You need to be competent in:
-personally leading students and adults to Christ
- recruiting and leading a group of volunteers
-planning events
-leading and training small group leaders
-preaching weekly sermons
-PowerPoint, word, excel
-Working with a team

Program specifics
-We run a "generational program" where junior high, high school, and young adult are all together in one ministry.
-The junior high pastor would serve and work within the ministry of this program and preach 3 times a month while running a junior high program within the “generational ministry”.
-The position goal is to create and grow a junior high ministry that will work in unison with the overall multi-generational model.
