Job Description:

The Family Church a vibrant and growing congregation located on Marco Island, Florida is seeking an energetic, and creative full time worship leader to lead our contemporary and seasonly blended worship services. A qualified applicant will be able to lead and challenge our musicians to grow them both musically and spiritually. Sunday morning worship will be the primary responsibility in addition to special events and supporting the music program of our Christian school. The position requires the ability to lead, direct and continually develop the volunteer worship band as well as the supporting vocalists, while seeking and developing new team members.
