Job Description:
A growing Northwest Church is looking for an ENERGENTIC, and CREATIVE full time worship leader to take our contemporary worship to an exciting new level where we can honor our Lord in music and celebration. A qualified applicant will be able to lead and challenge our musicians to grow them both musically and spiritually. Sunday morning worship will be the primary responsibility in addition to special events and supporting the music program of our Christian school. Our worship pastor will be a part of our senior leadership team and will play an integral role in shaping the future of our church.

Preferences….
• Lead with guitar (preferred) or Keyboard
• Ability to direct the Worship band and vocalists
• Able to use other creative elements in worship
• Degree in music preferred
• A flexible team player
