Job Description:

K2 the Church (www.k2thechurch.com) in Salt Lake City, Utah is seeking a full-time Music Director/Campus Artistic Leader. Primary responsibility is to provide vision/leadership for the music department at K2 as well as oversee the artistic implementation at K2's South Campus. Additionally, individual will be responsible to build teams, grow leaders and implement strategies for the spiritual growth of all musicians.

Other duties involve developing and utilizing the varied musical gifts of individuals, leading the music/worship team, and working with the Arts Director/Arts team in the development of Sunday services. Qualifications include a mature walk of Christian faith, capacity to work with present church leadership, sufficient technical music capacities to perform well and lead others in same, a demonstrated ability to lead individuals in corporate worship. Individual must be a well-organized, self-motivated leader with excellent follow through. Salary commensurate with gifts and experience.
