Job Description:

Sagebrush Community Church is a culturally-relevant, biblically-sound community church located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are "one church in many locations" with seven campuses and the ultimate vision to launch twenty campuses in twenty years. We have more than 2,000 children (ages birth - 10) attending one of our campuses each week and we are in need of highly experienced staff hire to help us expand.

We are immediately seeking to hire a full-time Sagebrush Kids Director to oversee our lower elementary ministry at our Riverside Campus. We have six weekend services and need a highly-relational, experienced leader who can MC our large group time, oversee our small groups, recruit and train volunteers, and encourage parents who come.

Qualifications for this position include:
a. 2+ yrs experience as a Kids Pastor or Youth Pastor of a large church (300 kids or students/week),
b. 4+ yrs involvement serving in Children's Ministry or Youth Ministry,
c. A solid track record of leading volunteers,
d. A bachelor's degree,
e. Competency with Mac systems and excellent computer skills,
f. Solid and verifiable references.
