Executive Kids Director

Sagebrush Community Church is a culturally-relevant, biblically-sound community church located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are "one church in many locations" with six campuses currently and the ultimate vision of launching twenty campuses in twenty years. We have nearly 2,000 children (ages birth - 10) attending one of our six campuses each week, and we are in need of an experienced Kids Ministry Director to help us grow.

We are immediately seeking to hire a full-time Executive Director to oversee all aspects of the Kids Ministry, including casting vision, leading the curriculum development, improving our large group environments, and providing direction to our Kids Ministry Team.

Qualifications for this position include:
a. 3+ yrs experience as the Executive Director of Children's Ministry at a large church (with at least 400 kids/week).
b. 6+ yrs involvement serving in Children's Ministry,
c. A strong vision and passion for Children's Ministry,
d. A strategic leadership style with a strong focus on details.
e. Competency with Mac systems and excellent computer skills,
f. Solid and verifiable references.
