Job Description:

Job description: the roll of Youth Pastor at Elim Church will be to
: Develop students in their walk of faith
: To equip and motivate students through goal oriented teaching and ministry to become
devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
: To create for both Jr-High and Sr-High students an opportunity to experience the life
changing power of the Living God.
: Must have a passion for not only God and His Word but also a desire to impact the lives
of the young people in our community.
: Must have consistent spiritual and moral character which reflects in their lifestyle
: Must be creative, innovative, self motivated, well organized and seeking long term
relationship with youth.

Education / Experience :
: Bachelors Degree from Bible College with experience in youth ministry
: Associates Degree from Bible College with at least 2 years as a youth minister

Job Responsibilities :
: To provide spiritual leadership to all areas of Jr-High and Sr-High ministry.
: To develop relationships not only with students but Parents as well.
: To assist in family ministry and council as needed.
: To create an atmosphere for spiritual growth
: To create and develop strategies for youth expansion
: To raise up and train up leaders from within the youth ministry
: To coordinate youth oriented retreats, summer camps, mission trips and outreaches
: To be able to recruit, train and work closely with volunteer staff.
: Must agree with the doctrine, teaching and core values of the church and Senior Pastor.
