Job Description:

Turning Point Community Church is a young, vibrant, and growing interdenominational church in Lubbock, Texas. We are currently seeking a leader who loves the Lord passionately, and who feels a pastoral calling to children and their families. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Turning Point Children’s Ministry, including StartingPoint (birth – 4 years) and KidsPoint (K – 4th grade).

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: a minimum of three years experience in children’s ministry; the ability to teach kids with creativity, energy, and passion; strong interpersonal skills; the ability to develop a solid volunteer leadership team within each of the ministry areas of responsibility.

Turning Point offers the following compensation package: base salary and medical benefits.
