Job Description:

Provide technical and operational leadership for the Technical Arts Ministry and all other church ministry departments. Provide technical support and leadership for internal and external events.

--Primarily provide excellent technical support for all secondary church events.
--Lead coordination of technical support, insure quality, and design elements for services and events in secondary venues on campus.
--Develop and lead all production crews, organizing scheduling, training and show coordination in secondary campus venues.
--Recruit adult teams as needed to insure adequate support to fulfill responsibilities.
--Responsible to properly maintain all equipment in secondary campus venues.
--Provide Sound support to Production Manager for adult weekend services, including applicable rehearsals.
--Run and maintain portable sound system, along with providing video support for other weekend activities (i.e. Baptisms).
--Assist with other ministries and events as appropriate or directed by supervisor.
--Keeps artists connected to the church, build an atmosphere of community, consistently encourage team members to be a part of disciple-making small groups and mission projects.
-- All positions within the church office are required to enlist a team or small group of volunteers. We believe that this is a church of opportunities and it would be in the best interest of our members to include them and their God given gifts and talents to assist in each Ministry area.
--Performs other duties, as required, on a temporary basis, to maintain departmental operations and services.

2 years college, technical classes or equivalent professional experience.
1-2 years technical production experience in a church setting. Professional Sound Technician preferred.
