Job Description:

Living Word is a non-denominational, contemporary, evangelical church in South-Central PA. We specialize in reaching lost and broken people with the hope of Jesus Christ. We have about 300 1st-6th graders in kid::life on a Sunday and are currently in the process of building a state-of-the-art kids’ ministry facility. We are seeking a relational leader to join our staff as the full-time Elementary Groups and Special Events Director. This position will provide leadership to our kid::life small group teams for the elementary, grades.

We are looking for a candidate who has a passionate, growing relationship with Christ, and a clear call to Children’s ministry. A candidate must have proven leadership skills and be and be passionate about supporting and leading adults to help children to know Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. The ideal candidate will not only be highly relational with adults and children, but will be energetic, self-motivated, and creative; an individual who enjoys developing special events, writing or enhancing curriculums, and is a flexible team player and a life long learner.
