Job Description:
We are a growing, contemporary, non-denominational church in Anchorage, Alaska with 1,300 weekly in attendance. The Senior Pastor has been here for 17 years. Anchorage is the second most ethnically-diverse city in America with a population of 261,000. People come to Christ virtually every week. 15% of our budget is earmarked for foreign missions. The staff works hard to pass ministry to volunteers, believing that every follower of Jesus is gifted for ministry. We major on the majors and allow freedom in the non-essentials.

The Junior High Director will give direction and ministry to junior high youth and their families.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and the job description. This position includes benefits.
