Job Description:

Family Worship Center is located in Carrollton, Kentucky and has a vision to plant 40 churches in rural communities in Kentucky by 2020. This network offers many opportunities to get connected. Currently we are looking to hire a Sr. Pastor for our 5th church location in Campbell County. This county has a population of 92,000 and sits in a metroplex of over 1,000,000. The church is located a ¼ mile off of the interstate and currently occupies a 6 year old, 6000 square foot building on 27 acres of land. Located approximately 1 mile from the church is Northern Kentucky University that enrolls more than 14,000 students. This is a tremendous opportunity for a couple who has the vision and determination to see this church grow to potentially 500 – 700 people in the next 6 – 8 years. We are looking for a couple that is aggressive yet flexible, are vision oriented and have a desire to reach out to young adults and college age students. We require spirit-filled individuals, with a Word of Faith background, and that has Sr. Pastor or Associate Pastor experience in a church of 500+. This position includes a full-time salary and insurance.
