Job Description:

Working with the Sr. Pastor, plan and implement weekly worship services. Coordinate service themes through biblical understanding to enhance, support and help communicate the message. A musical background is necessary to qualify for this position. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and encourage musicians and singers through education to lead worship and other events. They will provide training opportunities in order to recruit participants and lead by example with strong organizational and communication skills. A working knowledge of audio and video technology is required. Must be active in the Methodist Church.
