Church Profile:
Community Christian Fellowship exists for the Celebration of the Greatness of God; Proclamation of the Word of God; Edification of the People; and Demonstration of the Love of God. We are a congregation of more than 230 people, with an average attendance of 200 on Sunday morning. Job Description:
The Pastor of Worship & Student Ministries will provide vision and hands-on leadership to both the adult Worship Team and Student Ministries of CCF.

Responsibilities:
-Fifty percent of time will be dedicated to the worship ministry, and fifty percent to student ministries
-Provide spiritual leadership to the Worship Team and lead in corporate worship
-Personal leadership and involvement of 6th – 12th grade ministries
-Work with Ministry Coordinator in scheduling and recruitment of volunteers
-Work with Children’s Ministry Coordinator in overseeing children’s ministry
-Work with and develop leadership teams for children’s and youth ministries
-Serve as a member of the Ministry Accountability Team (M.A.T.)
-Accountable to Lead Pastor and will assist him as necessary

Qualifications:
-Preferred Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Christian College; Other education will be considered with ministry and employment experience
-Experience in music and youth ministries
-Musically inclined with the ability to lead in corporate worship.

-Willing to learn the culture of South-Central Pennsylvania
-A self-starter and disciplined
-Musically competent
-Able to work with teams
-Organized

Salary/Benefits/:
-Salary Package $40,000 (Base salary of $30,000)
-Full Health Benefits (If health provided through another source, money budgeted for health insurance may be applied as salary)
-Will be allowed to work a part-time job that compliment youth ministry, i.e. substitute teacher, Christian school Bible teacher, sports referee

Paid Vacation Time:
-Two weeks the first two years
-Three weeks for years three and four
-Four weeks after completing the fifth year
-One Sunday off a quarter
