Job Description:

Parma Baptist Church is located in Cleveland's largest suburb, and is a church that ministers to more than 200 people on a regular basis, as well as the community of Parma and its surrounding areas. We are praying for an associate pastor whose primary responsibility will be leading all aspects of our worship ministry. This person must have the heart to teach the church about biblical, theologically strong worship, and will help the church gain a greater understanding of both corporate and personal worship. Other responsibilities will depend on the candidate’s strengths and skill sets, and might include: children's ministry, administration, Sunday School/small group ministry, etc.
