Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can do many things well but may not be an expert at anything.
Primary duties would include:
1) Assimiation: folllow up on visitors and move visitors to regular attenders; This involves setting up a systematic program of tracking members involvement as well;
2) Oversee the Small Group ministry. This includes recruiting and training leaders, approving curriculum, connecting people with an appropraite groups, and overseeing current groups;
3) Facilitating our contemporary praise music on Sunday morning. This involves working with established worship teams (both vocal and instrumental). Some musical ability is required.
Preaching is not a responsibility.
A Bible college degree is required.
Extensive knowledge of current techology is a plus.
