Are you a high energy, catalytic, proven in the trenches youth pastor who thrives in leading Junior High students towards Jesus?

Do you have a strategic mind and a proven ability to create a compelling and fun ministry vision?

Do you love to develop and directly manage staff and volunteer teams so that together you can accomplish much?

Do you exhibit a compelling "platform" presence and enjoy monthly teaching and some curriculum writing?

Do you have a natural ability to attract, recruit, lead and equip talented small group leader volunteers?

Do you get energized by leading and discipling adult leaders?

The Associate Director of Elevate is passionate about Junior High students and thrives as a 2nd seat leader - brainstorming vision, teaching, creating and executing ministry plans within a dynamic team setting. In addition, this person will design special events and retreat activities with the assistance of the Elevate Director and the Director of Creative Arts and Experiences. The Associate Director will provide the vision, strategy and the daily management of three Group Life Pastors each responsible for the vitality of 50+ junior high small groups. Likewise, this leader is passionate about recruiting, leading and developing the Junior High ministry’s volunteer small group leader teams (Group Life). This person’s heartbeat for Junior High students drives them to create a staff environment ,volunteer team and vibrant discipleship model that fully engages, trains and equips the Group Life Team to live out a fun, compelling, life changing and relational ministry based on an authentic personal relationship with Jesus.
