Job Description:
The Wesleyan Church of Hamburg (WCH) is a growing church in the Southtowns of Buffalo, New York with weekly average attendance approaching 2000. WCH has multiple Worship times throughout the week. We are looking for an individual who can help us move our Worship experiences to a new and exciting level.

We are looking for a Director/Pastor of Worship Arts Ministry who will oversee all Worship Art ministries and the worship services on campus. We currently have 5 service times, ranging from traditional to contemporary. There are a large number of ministry partners (volunteers) serving in this ministry area to help a new candidate launch successfully into a vision and accomplishing goals. The Director/Pastor of Worship Arts Ministry will lead a team of paid staff and volunteers including the Assistant Director of Worship, Graphics Development, Administrative Assistant(s), and various ministry coordinators.

The Director/Pastor of Worship Arts Ministry will live wholeheartedly for Jesus evidenced by godly character, passion for God, desire to reach the lost, Spirit filled faith, and genuine humility. He or she will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience; and have proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate volunteer teams. The ability to select music, transpose music and to coach other musicians and vocalists is a must.
