Job Description:
Pastor to Young Adults
Spring Branch Community Church is seeking a proven leader passionate about relevant teaching, driving ministry, and building cross generational relationships to fill Pastor to Young Adults staff position. We have been a growing Willow Creek Association Church in Virginia Beach, VA for the past 17 years.

The right person for this position...

- Will lead ministry staff and volunteers, providing creative oversight for Student Ministries through Young Adults.

- Must be a biblical and relational communicator who can be relevant and authentic in a student or adult environment.

- Must be an equipping leader with a passion for developing people toward their personal and spiritual potential.

Requirements—
- Masters level seminary degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of ministry experience
- Resume and teaching MP3/CD/DVD
- MBTI or recent personality inventory
- One page narrative of your Christian experience and philosophy of ministry
