Primary Job Duties
Work with full and part time employees that report to the Worship Leader: choir director, microphone singer assistant, administrative assistant, Youth Worship Leader,
Recruit and train volunteers – choir, mic singers, musicians, multi-site teams, etc.
1.Have the heart of the church and willing to take on the DNA of Legacy Church. To have a desire to serve in the church and not looking to travel and create a personal ministry. 2. Able to develop teams (multi-site, band, choir, etc). Please be ready to provide examples. 3. Participate with leadership and volunteers. Demonstrate how you are a people person and work with those in authority. 4. Musical Skills (prefer that you are able to read and write music). Prefer that you are able to play more than one instrument. Contemporary voice. 5. Be able to explain your worship style. 6. Experience in a church of at least 2,000 in attendance (weekend attendance) for multiple years. 7. Be willing to accept constructive criticism and not get offended.

Possibly with the drama team.
Work with tech and video teams.
