A young, dynamic, growing non-denominational church in North San Diego County is looking for just the right person to lead its worship, guide its musicians, and chart out its musical direction. At just 18 months old, Inland Hills Community Church is a casual, contemporary church in Oceanside that is looking for someone to join their staff ministry team. This part-time position is a tremendous opportunity to use your gifting, grow your leadership, and be a part of an exciting church that is being used tremendously to help irreligious people find faith and grow.

The position requirements…
Are extremely flexible! Outside of leading necessary rehearsals and Sunday morning worship services – as long as the basic responsibilities are completed, the position can fit in with most anything else – like other employment or school. While we think that the compensation is competitive, we understand that it is a part-time position and expect it will fit in with the rest of the candidates life.
The position scope…
Is flexible! For the right person it can be as minimal as needed to make it work. And for the right person, with the right gifting and availability, it can be significantly expanded to include other worship-related responsibilities.
The position compensation…
Begins at a base of $250 a week. Depending on the candidate and responsibilities, it can be increased from there.
