Upper School Youth Pastor (8th-12th grade)
We are: A growing congregation in the suburbs of Richmond, Virginia with 70 active students in our Upper School ministry. We have a talented team of volunteers who are passionate about challenging youth to share the love of Christ in our community and world. Our vision is to love youth with the passionate love of God, disciple them in the context of authentic, deep relationships and challenge them to commit their lives to the holy adventure of faith. We offer a competitive salary and a chance to be a part of an exciting ministry.

You are: A lover of Jesus, a passionate leader and teacher of youth, a creative and energetic team player with character, integrity and a sense of humor. You have a desire to see students in a vibrant relationship with Christ, to empower them to lead and influence their friends and to release them to advance God’s kingdom. You are focused on multiplying the ministry through leading, equipping and empowering adult volunteers.
