Job Description:
** Hiring for 2011 and will review resumes through the summer 2010 **

Responsibilities include...
• Oversee Church Discipleship Ministry (Teaching the Next curriculum and other discipleship classes – regular instruction that leads them on a journey of growth)
• Launch & Oversee Undergound Ministry (Small Groups for Singles, Couples, and Families)
• Help Oversee the Assimilation Process (from newcomer to partner)
• Assist in Preaching whenever needed

• People, especially new believers, baby Christians and jaded church-goers
• Dynamic teaching that engages people
• Building community through discipleship
• Multi-ethnicity

Also...
• Must have the ability to gather people
• Must be able to communicate and connect clearly with baby and adult Christians
• Good at creating structures to support ministry growth
• Two to three years of Ministry Experience
