Job Description:
IKON is a community of people made up of artists, urban professionals, singles, young families, and students who utilize creativity, innovation and action to impact the world. IKON is not an event, not a place, but rather a community of people that function more like a family with some who have a deep connection with God and some who are journeying to discover what that connection is about at its deepest levels. We are a people who value community, faith, beauty and generosity; who seek to explore what it means to follow Jesus and help others to do the same. We don't pretend to have all the answers, but we do believe that no matter what we've done or where we've been, God's grace is available to all through Jesus.
