Job Description:

Burke Community Church is a culturally relevant, biblically-based, and growing non-denominational church of 1,400+ in Fairfax County, Virginia. Our close proximity to Washington, D.C. means we typically reach professional and military people, who, in turn, impact our culture, locally, nationally, and internationally for Jesus Christ.

Currently, we are looking for a full-time Student Pastor to give leadership to our creative, relevant, and high energy youth program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reaching teens for Christ and growing them into His likeness. This person will also have experience in leading a group of 50+ students and overseeing a full-time Junior High Director, a student ministry assistant, youth interns, and a vibrant lay leadership team. Professionally, this person will possess a college degree (seminary degree preferred) and a well-thought out and implemented vision statement.
