- Job Description:
- We are excited to announce a new YOUTH PASTOR opportunity!
Are you growing as a fully devoted follower of Jesus, and currently serving as a youth pastor? Do you love to equip others to lead others…to do the same? Are you a team player, yet also love to then take the ball and run with it? Are you entrepreneurial? Do you like to work hard AND play hard? If yes to these questions, immediately submit a resume for consideration! This position will not be open long as the opportunity is outstanding!
We are a church that lets leaders lead. We DO NOT believe in or have time to focus on MICROMANAGEMENT. If micromanagement is desired or necessary no one has FUN and life is short and our mission is great…it simply then is not a fit. We are pursuing individuals who are ALL on the same page and in unity, and who also want to have players on the team wherein we need to hold onto each others’ belt buckle to keep up! We pay our staff competitively and commensurate with experience and regional benchmarks!!!
Our non-denominational church has grown 25% in the last year, to more than 1600 in weekend attendance. In 2008 our church was recognized by Outreach Magazine as one of the top 50 fastest growing churches in the U.S.! Moreover, we have outgrown our existing location! We are in the process of obtaining land and building a new facility to expand and grow this ministry. Our church is proactively and effectively partnering and immersing ourselves into a very rapidly growing community by demonstrating an authentic and passionate heart of service, expecting nothing in return and realizing the only thing we have to offer is the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
Please make sure you meet all requirements/qualifications. If you do, immediately submit a cover email, resume in word.doc format, teaching and ministry DVD/Vimeo/Youtube, to resumes@graceincranberry.org
