Job Description:
Oversee the children's ministry from the womb to 12 yrs. old. Oversee the development of the children spiritually, physically, emotinally, intellectually and socially. Recruit and train leaders who will weekly work with the children. Develop a system to evaluate and assess every child and the ministry. Create an atmosphere where everty child desires to worship God and connect to God's plan for their life.
