Job Description:
Lakeshore Community Church seeks a Full-Time Music Director/Pastor to lead, develop, and inspire musicians for our Sunday morning (seeker-sensitive) and midweek (believer) services. Candidates must be an accomplished vocalist who leads worship from the guitar and is a proven band/vocal team leader. Experience in modern, fresh, relevant Christian and Secular music is required – including genres such as Rock, Pop, Alternative, Gospel, R&B, and Jazz. A Bachelor of Music is required; Bible College or Seminary is a plus. This position offers a competitive full-time salary with room for growth plus fully paid medical benefits. LCC is a growing, 15 year old, seeker sensitive church of 700-800 people. We reach people through intentional thematic programming including fresh and relevant music, high-impact dramas, innovative multimedia and dance presentations and thematic stage design.
