Job Description:
Outreach-focused congregation of over 400 Sunday worshippers in the small college town of Hillsdale, Michigan seeks individual with leadership gifts in youth and worship ministry. Hillsdale United Brethren Church has multiple ministry endeavors housed in four different facilities.

We have an enthusiastic adult volunteer leadership team for our 75 teens. The Youth and Worship Arts Pastor will lead, plan and direct our teen ministry.

Hillsdale United Brethren Church has two worship services, one traditional and one contemporary. The Youth and Worship Arts Pastor will oversee the worship teams for each service and act as the Worship Leader for the contemporary service. Experience or ability in other worship arts such as video or drama is helpful.

A batchlor's degree in a ministry-related field is required.
