Worship Leader for Westside Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, Florida

Westside recently opened a new 1740 seat sanctuary. It is SBC by tradition, but very community oriented in attendance and worship style. The church has just combined two traditional services and one contemporary service into one service. Therefore, until the weekly attendance makes it feasible to go back to a traditional and contemporary service, the worship service must be blended. Westside has a very active praise choir & band, and the youth & children regularly participate in various musical activities. Westside also has a strong musical tradition in the community.

* The church is looking for an individual with strong skills in both vocal and instrumental abilities.
* Creativity is a must.
* The position requires a high energy person with a track record of solid leadership in a growing church.
* The individual must have a comprehensive vision of what a worship ministry encompasses in a church that has a wide demographic of people from old to young, multiracial, and very rich to poor.
