Job Description:
First Baptist Church of Washington, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Minister of Youth and Education, with primary responsibilities in the area of Youth Ministry. Basic educational requirements are a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university. Special consideration will be given to candidates with a Masters Degree from an accredited seminary or divinity school. Youth Ministry experience helpful. Salary based on education and experience.

First Baptist averages 350 in attendance on Sundays and has an active, vibrant youth ministry along with many other ministries. First Baptist affirms the spiritual gifts of both men and women. Men and women serve in leadership positions including the diaconate. Candidates with a different philosophy need not apply!
