Job Description:

REDWOOD PARK CHURCH (C&MA) is seeking a spiritually passionate, adventurous at heart leader with a heart to see children along with their families grow into fully alive Christ followers who change history for the glory of God!! You will be an upfront leader with strong communication skills while at the same time equipping and empowering teams of committed volunteers to serve collaboratively with you.

You will be serving with a church family who is sensitive to and inclusive of people from irreligious backgrounds while committed to building a growing community of fully alive missional Christ followers. Our missional ethos and approach to the spiritual life journey is captured by the words “Life, Passion, & Adventure”.

You’ll be joining a full and part-time staff team of 12, including pastors, pastoral apprentices and interns, as well as support staff in a growing church that is around 800 in regular weekend attendance through its main campus in Thunder Bay and satellite campus in Barrie.

This position is based in Thunder Bay, at the head of Lake Superior. Here you’ll experience all the amenities of a small city set amidst the rugged beauty of an awesome outdoor sports paradise! (Think: fishing, hunting, rock climbing, ice climbing, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, lots of hockey, paintball, ATVing, snowmobiling, even surfing Lake Superior, really!!)
