Job Description:

First United Methodist Church of Ada is a mainline UMC located in a county seat small city with a mid-sized state university. We have a large youth program with diverse ministries, seeking to expand. We are blessed with excellent facilities, stable funding, strong support from pastor & staff, and several committed parents and volunteers.

We seek a committed, motoivating Servant who is familiar with youth culture and with the United Methodist ethos. This person will (1) love, teach and empower the youth, (2) recruit, equip and train adult leaders and (3) organize and coordinate a growing youth program as part of the wider church mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.
