Job Description:

Jerusalem Church is:

The Senior Pastor is to:

* Provide spiritual and pastoral leadership to the staff and membership of Jerusalem Church.
* Lead the congregation so that it might fulfill its mission and purpose as the Body of Christ.
* Preach, teach and give primary leadership in the ministries of Worship, Administration, Stewardship, and Outreach.

Candidate qualifications:

* The Senior Pastor should have in the minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical or Ministry Studies (preferably a Master of Divinity Degree)
* Minimum of 6 years ministry experience (preference given to candidates with church leadership experience).
* The Senior Pastor should meet the requirements listed in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
