WORSHIP DIRECTOR
EUM Church, a highly progressive United Methodist Church, is seeking a full-time Worship Director who has 3-5 years experience in a growing 800 attendance church or greater. A bachelor’s degree in music, worship leading/design or a related field is preferable. This exciting opportunity includes leading, staffing, directing, and organizing dynamic quality worship ministry that transforms people into fully submitted followers of Christ. Strong expertise is required in media, video, drama, floor production as well as diverse music styles from hymnody, contemporary and alternative music. Candidates need to be creative, innovative and a team player. They should possess a deep sense of integrity, a positive attitude, be spiritually mature and growing and have demonstrated the ability to develop multiple teams and apprentice new leaders.
