Job Description:

Are you a pastor (age 25-35) who is passionate about bringing his generation of the lost and un-churched to Christ? Do Hillsong United, Paramore, Muse, and the latest David Crowder appear in the playlist of your iPod? Does your heart break to see just one more person make a decision to give their life to Jesus?

Chambersburg First Church of God is looking for a passionate, talented young preacher to lead our evangelistic service, United, in crafting creative and relevant experiences each weekend to reach people who are turned-off to church. Our new Associate Pastor will work closely with our worship and tech teams to use modern lighting, video, projection, sound, and motion graphics to immerse people in modern, un-church-like worship experiences each weekend.

Our Associate Pastor will work closely with a team-oriented staff, as well as overseeing the Discipleship, Evangelism, and Connection Ministries of our growing church.

If you:
-Have at least 2 years experience in full or part time ministry
-Are well grounded in the Word of God with a commitment to continued daily Bible study, prayer and devotion.
-Have at minimum, a Bachelors degree and are committed to continued learning
