Job Description:
Touch of Grace Fellowship is looking for a secretary to be the Pastor's Administrative Assistant. This job includes accounts payable and receivable, communications, website maintenance, power point presentation, weekly church bulletins, ordering of supplies and a host of "servant" duties in a church setting. The right person will have a servant's heart, and be proficient with Quick Books, Excel, Power Point, Word, Publisher and Email. Good grammar and the ability to spell and create communications is necessary. A proper business casual appearance and friendly personality is a must. This is a HIGH PACEd and multitasked environment and the right person MUST be able to function in that role.
