Assistant Pastor of Student Ministries @ Osterville Baptist Church

Osterville Baptist Church is a vibrant growing evangelical Conservative Baptist church on
Cape Cod, MA. We have a congregation of approximately 350 and serve many communities
within a 30 mile radius.

OBC seeks an Assistant Pastor with a passion for student ministries. This candidate will
possess an outgoing personality with the gifts of teaching, leadership and administration.
The Youth Pastor should be an organized, creative individual focused on youth, as well as
fostering their discipleship. Our goal is to advance an active evangelistic ministry in which
students encounter the gospel of Jesus Christ, are called to come to Him in faith as their
Savior and grow into committed disciples.

This position will oversee the discipleship and outreach programs for Jr. & Sr. High age
groups. This person will give direction and counsel to the Director of Christian Education and
assist in the oversight of the Christian Education department.

A degree in Bible/Theology, Youth Ministry, or a related field is required. A Masters of Divinity
is preferred along with at least three years of youth ministries experience. Please send a
