Job Description:

Commitment: Committed to Jesus Christ, His priorities and His style of ministries


Minimum Qualifications:
• Possess a seminary degree from an accredited college/university and 5 -10 years of ministerial experience
or
10-15 years of ministerial experience in an established church body

• Demonstrated experience as a leader of a pastoral ministry program (Sr. Pastor, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor,
Christian Education Director, etc.)

• Be an ordained minister

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working with a multi cultural, multi generational congregation
• Team oriented – Experience in leading ministry teams and or/ministry programs
• Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and oral)
• Embrace a vision for the body of Christ
• Demonstrated ability to apply the principles of financial management
• Experience in community development, outreach and fundraising
• Proven passion for outreach evangelism and church growth
