Job Description:
DIRECTOR OF WORSHIP ARTS
Spring Lake Church, Green Bay, WI. has an opening for the Director of Worship Arts. Spring Lake is a church of over 1,000 and has a character driven vision. Responsibilities include strategic planning, worship team recruiting, training and leading various worship teams, technical supervision of worship and creative collaboration with the Senior Pastor. The successful candidate will have served in a large church context and be able to launch teams that can emphasize various worship styles. Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in leading worship in a church of over 500 and strong musical expertise. Applicants must have an appreciation for different styles of worship and not be afraid of vision and creativity. Spring Lake Church is affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America.
