Job Description:

In response to our congregational growth that has taken place over the past three years (we have doubled in size every year for the past three years), and the expanding worship opportunities that accompany such growth we are looking to fill a new full-time worship and creative arts position.

(Brief summary) The role is intended to serve as the primary leader for an entire system of worship that includes equipping and oversight of a team of: a) worship leaders; b) musicians/band members; c) creative artists; and d) those gifted in the area of technology.

The position requires a move to South Bend, IN...where it is cold during the winter. Just saying. To make up for it, you, your family, and your closest friends will have access to the church jet for personal travel (this is a joke...we don't have a church jet). :-(
