Job Description:
Hope Community, a 5 year-old church plant in south Reno, is seeking a full-time Children’s Ministry Pastor/Director.
Hope Community is best explained by the phrase: “no perfect people allowed.” Our church creates an atmosphere that is inviting to the unchurched and those who carry “baggage” from past church experiences. Hope Community celebrates the comfort that people have to investigate Christ at their own pace.
The Children’s Ministry Pastor/Director will assume responsibility for all programs from birth through 5th grade which include (but are not limited to): Sunday school, mid-week, summer camps, retreats, and special events. The desired candidate will possess a proven track record of loving children, recruiting teams, duplicating leadership and reaching unchurched families. We’re looking to establish a dynamic Children’s Ministry in south Reno.
