MICRON INDUSTRIES CORP an Illinois manufacturer of control power transformers has an immediate opening for the following position:

Executive Administrative Assistant

Supporting the President, responsibilities include preparation of reports, memos, letters and financial statements, calendar management, coordination of meetings and travel. Other duties include basic office administration including reception, office equipment maintenance, liaison with cleaning and vending services. This position has a heavy concentration of accounting duties, which includes journal entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

Bachelors or Associates degree preferred, or 5 to 10 years of applicable experience including previous accounting duties. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities are required. A high level of proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. This position requires the highest degree of professionalism and discretion in handling highly confidential information.
